King Ba's true name is Ha Thi Nguyet Quynh, according to mythology. She was the lone child of Crown Prince Ha U during the reign of King Ly Nhan Tong.

Due to his delayed delivery, Thai lieutenant Ha U and his wife Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuan requested permission from the mandarin to visit Thi Ung Trang's childhood home, which is currently Ngoc Hoa hamlet. Grandparents and grandparents cultivate their hearts to amass virtue day and night, carrying out numerous good deeds like giving money to build pagodas, casting bells, and spanning bridges; at the same time, I opened a school to teach letters and to instruct people on how to grow mulberries, raise silkworms, weave silk, and other skills.

The planning for the temple's architecture includes:

The entrance faces north and is in a large hall. The entryway of an outdoor shrine, which has three chambers and a god's burial, faces west. There is a lagoon in front of the entire front that releases lotuses. Plant several historic trees, flowers, decorative plants, etc. in the temple garden to create a solemn and peaceful atmosphere.

The main hall is built in the Nhi () architectural style. A road building with four roofs, four compartments, two wings, a high, curving head, and roof tiles stands in front of you. (The temple still has a clay dragon head that was likely formerly placed on a sword.) Two dragons are praising the sun on the roof. Three harem chambers are located in a long, two-meter-wide yard that sits beyond the main hall. The main hall's whole frame is made of ironwood and features several finely carved designs. bricks made of terra cotta. The throne, tablet, and ivory fan were gifts from the king to the main temple. The altars to worship the God's father and mother are located two to the left and right. The horizontal phoenix, couplets, incense bowl, loc pot, dragon pole palanquin, octagon, cui, crane, etc. are used to decorate the temple's qi artifacts.

Because Thi Ung village was divided into Thi Ung (later converted to Hoa Ung) and Ngoc Loi hamlet before the August Revolution in 1945, the temple at this time was known as "Hoa Ngoc Linh." from.

The primary location for worshiping Thanh Hoang is Ca Temple. The incense isn't really good all year round. The late 19th and early 20th century saw a great deal of patriotic and revolutionary activity at Ca Temple. The following is a list of noteworthy occasions:

Ca Temple was originally the center of the rebellion against the French colonialists who were initially invading our nation. Nguyen Trong Vinh served as its commander. The flag-offering ceremony and the insurgent army's departure to attack the artillery stronghold in Ninh Giang province took place here on December 13, 1897.

Ca Temple was a hub for various Viet Minh and revolutionary mass activities during the second resistance war against the French colonialists (1946–1954) as well as the usual meeting location for the An Binh Party Group, which belonged to the Vietnam Labor Party branch in Dong Tam commune (including present-day Vinh Hoa commune). There were several farewell rituals, in particular, for the young communal volunteers who were joining the army to engage in combat and slay the enemy. The two farewells to 70 young people who were traveling on May 1 and May 19, 1950, were particularly noteworthy. Following the event, the Administrative Resistance Committee's farewells were held.At a solemn ceremony performed by the commune, the young volunteers sacrificed incense to Duc Thanh Hoang, begged for his health, and pledged to slay many foes and accumulate merit.

Ca Temple served as an evacuation point for several organizations and schools from both inside and beyond the globe during the resistance fight against the US imperialists.

Ca Temple - Ca Temple has existed for more than 800 years as a cultural and historical work that is infused with national culture, patriotic, and revolutionary traditions of the country. Nevertheless, the temple was severely deteriorated and destroyed as a result of its lengthy construction, severe weather, and also owing to erroneous perceptions of the traditional cultural norms of the period.

Towards the end of the 20th century, the temple and celebrations honoring Duc Thanh Hoang had gradually been rebuilt after years of neglect.

On November 10, 2003, the restoration of the temple was essentially finished thanks to donations from tourists from all over the world and funds raised by residents of the hamlet.

The temple has so far responded solidly and generously. On the former background, in the old orientation, the temple essentially retains its prior architecture. The main hall's construction is designed to resemble the letter Cong (), and it has three compartments, two front halls, one area, and more than one harem. Reinforced cement was used to construct the temple. The interior design and furnishings are virtually exactly as they once were: the bowls, thrones, couplets, throne doors, diaphragms, couplets, and hammocks are all constructed of magnificent gilded lacquered wood.

Ca Temple has remained a part of this region's people and land throughout its turbulent past. On January, 20, 2015, Ca Temple was ranked as a historycal and cultural relic by the people's Committee of Hai Duong province. It is also a "highlight" of history and culture on Vinh Hoa commune's, Ninh Giang district's, and Hai Duong province's path into the future.
